摘　　要：目的预测某公司松香深加工建设项目可能造成的职业病危害种类及程度,论证建设项目可行性研究报告中职业病危害防护措施的可行性。方法选择与建设项目类似的工程进行类比调查,采用经验法和类比法相结合的原则进行评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等基本符合国家有关规定;生产过程中可能产生松节油、噪声、高温、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、硫酸、盐酸等职业病危害因素,在设计上采取了相应的卫生防护措施。结论该拟建项目作业场所危害等级为轻度危害(Ⅱ级)。[Objective] To predict the possible risk factors of the occupational diseases in the colophony processing, and the feasibihty of the protective measures. [Methods] Experiential method and analogical reasoning method were applied to carry out the pre - evaluation. [Results] Address selection, overall arrangement of the construction project, machinery equipment anangement, designs for occupational disease protection, and assistant hygienic rooms basically accorded with the relative national standards; Various hygiene protective measures have been taken for the possible occupational hazard factors, namely, oil of colophony, noise, high temperature, benzene, xylene, vitriol, and hydrochloric acid. [Conclusion] The hazardous degree of this construction is grade II, which is considered as slight harm.
