摘  要:目的探讨草酸钙、非晶形盐、细菌、酵母菌在UF-100型尿沉渣全自动检测仪分析中对红细胞检测的干扰。方法采用UF-100型尿沉渣全自动检测仪分析法、干化学分析法、镜检法分析了13 811例门诊患者尿液标本。结果尿红细胞异常者,UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检出5 835例;镜检法检出4 766例;干化学法检出4 864例。与镜检法比较,UF-100检测假阳性标本中草酸钙结晶占66.04%,RBC-MFl、RBC-Fl-DWSD分别为(10.12±2.08)、(13.34±1.71)[低于红细胞的荧光指标(15.38±1.21)、(16.96±1.62),P<0.01];类酵母菌占13.47%,大量杂菌占7.95%,其荧光指标数值均高于红细胞的荧光指标(P<0.01)。结论在UF-100型尿沉渣全自动检测仪分析中,草酸钙、非晶形盐、菌尿、酵母菌对红细胞检测的结果干扰很大,应引起广大实验工作者的重视。Objective To evaluate the effect of calcium oxalate,bacteria and yeast on urine red blood ceils detection by UF- 100 automated urinalysis analyzer. Methods 13,811 urine samples from outpatients were tested by UF- 100 automated urinalysis anlayzer, MIDITRON chemical dipstick and microscopic examination. We evaluated the false- positive results in urine erythrocyte on the Sysmex UF- 100 automated flow cytometer. Results 5835 positive samples were found by UF- 100 automated urinalysis analyzer, while 4766 were found by microscopic examination and 4864 by MIDITRON chemical dipstick. Comparison between the false- positive results of RBC- MF1 and RBC- F1- DWSD in urine erythrocyte on the Sysmex UF- 100 automated flow cytometer indicated that the rate of calcium oxalate crystal was 66.04%, of RBC- MF1,RBC- F1- DWSD were 10. 12 ± 2.08,13.34 ±1.71 respectively (lower than the fluorescent index of red blood cells 15.38 ± 1.21,16.96± 1.62, P〈0.01) )of yeast- like cells was 13.47 % ) of bacteria was 7.95%,the value of its fluorescent index was higher than that of red blood cells(P〈0.01). Conclusion Calcium oxalate,bacteria and yeast let higher false- positive results in red blood cells on UF- 100 automated urinalysis analyzer. It is important for the quality control of urinalysis.
