马齿苋总黄酮对大鼠心功能和动脉血压的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察马齿苋总黄酮对麻醉大鼠心功能和颈动脉血压的影响。方法:采用powerlab生物信号记录分析系统同步动态记录动脉血压、II导心电图、心室最大收缩功能、心室最大舒张功能、左室内压最大上升速率(dp/dtmax)、左室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)。结果:马齿苋总黄酮2.25mg/100g、4.50mg/100g、9.00mg/100g分别静脉给药,给药后5min开始起效,0.5h～1h达高峰,可持续2h～4h。与对照组比较,治疗组各项指标均具有显著性差异。结论:马齿苋总黄酮剂量依赖性增强心功能,升高血压,但对心率几乎无影响。Objective：To observe the effect of portulaca total flavone（PTF）on cardiac function and arterial pressure of anesthetic rats.Methods：Powerlab biology signal analysis system was used to record arterial pressure,ECG,the biggest function of ventricular systole.the biggest function of ventricular diastole,dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmax in synchronism and movements.Results：Rats were iv with PTF at three dosages of 2.25mg/100g,4.50mg/100g,9.00mg/100g respectively,Ifive minutes PTF started producing effects,in 0.5h-1h attained the peak and lasted 2h-4h,Compared with control group,the targets of treatment group have obvious difference（P〈0.05,or P〈0.01）,Conclusion：PTF can strengthen cardiac function,which relate with the dosage,It also can raise arterial pressure and hardly produce effect to heart rate.
