摘　　要：产科抑郁症主要包括妊娠期出现的抑郁(产前抑郁)与产后抑郁。该疾病对母婴均造成极大的危害。医务工作者在临床工作中应早期识别这种疾病,并及时采取安全有效的治疗方案。该文回顾了国内外有关的大量文献,包括对产科抑郁症的诊断及不同的处理方法,对临床医务工作者有一定参考价值。Obstetric of depression including antenatal depression and postnatal depression. It is an psythological illness which can have profoundly negative impacts on both mother and the infant. The health providers should recognize this illness early, and chose a safe and effective treatment. This review summarized lots of regarding researches on diagnosis and treatment of obstetric depression. It can provide some references for the health providers in our country.
