摘  要:近年来的研究发现滋养细胞浅浸润是子痫前期发生、发展的关键环节,细胞信号转导调节细胞的生物学活性,在子痫前期患者滋养细胞中发现多种信号转导通路发生异常,并影响滋养细胞的侵袭性,推测其可能在子痫前期发生、发展中发挥重要作用。对滋养细胞信号转导的深入研究,有助于整体上揭示子痫前期的发病机制,随着蛋白激酶用于药物开发的研究,也为子痫前期的治疗提供了新的治疗方向。The researches in recentyears suggested that trophoblast invasion is the key step in occurrence and development of preeclampsia. As we all know, signal transduction regulates biologic activity of the cell. In trophoblast cells of patients with preeclampsia, many abnormal signaling pathways and affected trophoblast invasion were found. Therefore, it is inferred that it maybe play a key role in development of preeclampsia, Further deep study on signal transduction of trophoblast cells could help to entirely reveal pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Pharmaceutical development research of protein kinases also provide a new treatment strategy for preeclampsia,
