摘　　要：SPCE061A不但具有单片机的基本功能,而且在语音识别和处理方面有其独到之处,开发环境简单,应用广泛。文中从硬件和软件两个方面介绍了实现语音录放功能的方法,经过调试,达到预期目标。SPCE061A not only has the basic function of Single Chip, but also has the unique ability to identify and treat with audio signals. It＇s developing environment is simple and has broad application.The paper introduces the method about how to achieve audio signal recording and playing.Alter being adjusted, the primary goal can be achiered.
