摘　　要：随着国内各商业银行数据大集中工作的逐步实施，支持银行业务和数据处理的信息系统在物理分布、IT基础设施资源共享、统一的核心应用系统架构等不同层面逐步趋向集中，从而促进丫银行业务运作模式和管理流程的变革。但是，数据集中也导致了操作风险的集中，银行业务的连续运作与信息系统的稳定运行成为各商业银行需要优先考虑的关键问题。With gradual phase-in of data integration of all domestic commercial banks, information systems supporting bank service and data processing in different levels such as physical distribution, IT infrastructure resources sharing, unified core application system structure etc. are gradually centralized, thereby accelerating reform in bank business operation mode and management procedure. However, data centralization also results in centralization of operation risks, continual operation of bank services and stable operation of information system have become the key issues of first priority for all commercial banks.
