摘 要:研究了烟碱类杀虫剂IMI及其微生物转化产物5-hydroxy IMI的反相高效液相色谱分析方法.采用Zorbox OSD反相柱,水和乙腈(75∶25)(v/v)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为269 nm,IMI和5-hydroxy IMI得到较优分离.在0.5~50 mg/L的浓度范围内,两种物质的色谱峰面积和浓度之间呈线性关系,IMI和5-hydroxy IMI的标准工作曲线分别为y=112.23x-1.777 5和y=98.039x-17.508;相关系数为0.999 9和0.999 7.转化产物的样品中IMI和5-hydroxy IMI添加的回收率分别为99.3%和97.4%.The neonicotinoid insecticide IMI and its microbial transformation product 5-hydroxy IMI were analyzed with reverse phase HPLC instrument. These two compounds were perfectly separated by using of Zorbox OSD reverse phase column, eluted with mobile phase containing 75% water and 25% acetonitrile (v/v), at flow rate of 1 mL/min and monitored at 269 nm. Within the range of 0.5~50 mg/L of concentration, the relationship between the area of peak and concentration was linear; the standard linearity curves of IMI and 5-hydroxy IMI were y = 112.23x - 1.777 5 and y = 98. 039x - 17.508 respectively; the relative coefficients were 0.999 9 and 0.999 7 respectively; the recovery coefficients in the biotransformation samples added with the known amount of IMI and 5-hydroxy IMI were 99.3% and 97.4% respectively.
