摘 要:为了将多元混合物中的氯代环己烷等分离提纯,采用两步精馏的方法.先将混合液进行常压间歇精馏,蒸去大部分环己烷,环己烯以及少量的杂质,精馏完毕,将塔釜液抽滤,可得产品,视产品纯度再减压精馏塔釜液,直接将氯代环己烷蒸馏出来.考察了精馏过程中的影响因素:压强、回流比、加热量、全回流开工时间.采用变回流比操作,塔顶得到较佳的实验条件为:加热电压160V,全回流30 min,变回流比4.5~3~1.5.提纯氯代环己烷的操作条件:真空度为0.068~0.072 MPa,纯度达到99.06%.This experiment mainly aims at separation and purification of chlorocyclohexane, confirms optimal technologic conditions and obtains upper product. Firstly the mixture is separated by means of batch fractionating to get rid of most of cyclohexane cyclohexene and a few impurify, and we review influence factor of rectify process : temperature, reflux ratia, heating total reflux hour and so on. After rectifying, filter solution of the bottom to obtain the product. In the process, the goal is to remove cyclohexane, cyclohexene and a few impurify. In addition, we also research the analysis method of chlorocyclohexane and correction factor. Influence factors of the two processes are reviewed, which include temperature, refux ratio, total reflux time and vacuum pressure. For the first process which obtain rough chlorohexane, the optimal operation conditions are as follows:the heating voltage is 160 V, total reflux time is 30 min, and the reflux ratio is 4.5 - 3 - 1.5. For the next process to produce high purity chlorohexane, the vacuum pressure is 0.068 - 0.072 MPa. The purity of chlorohexane is 99.06%.
