摘 要:利用CFD技术对新型套管排气管型旋风分离器的性能进行了研究.在两相流的研究中采用了相间耦合的随机轨道模型.研究结果表明:该新型旋风分离器比普通型的流场的静压分布更有利于阻止灰斗内气流的返混;可排出两种不同含尘量的净化气体,内排气管排出的净化气体的含尘量较外排气管低、且随着内管直径的减小而降低,内排气管的总压降比外排气管大、且随着内管直径的增大而逐渐降低;通过改变内排气管的直径可以控制从内排气管排出气体的含尘量,便于后续分级处理.The performance of a new cyclone separator with thimble exhaust duct has been studied by the technique of Computational Fluid Dynamics. We adopt the coupling Discrete Random Walk Model for the study of the twophase flow - field. The results indicate: the distribution of static pressure of the new cyclone separator is beneficial to preventing the gas returning from the dust collector than of the ordinary. Two kinds of gas with different dust contents can be ejected from the new cyclone separator, the dust content of the gas in inner duct is lower than in the outer and both are reduced when the diameter of inner duct is reduced. The total pressure of the gas in inner duct is larger than in the outer duct, and they are reduced when the diameter of inner duct is augmented, we may control the dust content of the gas in inner duct by changing diameter of the inner duct so that the purified gas is convenient for the latter classified disposal, which is worthy of engineering application.
