摘  要:研究了从中药玉竹中提取总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。用正交试验法对玉竹中的黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了优选研究,采用正交表L16(45),以提取时间、提取温度、提取次数、提取剂中乙醇含量以及料液比为因素,以总黄酮显色液的吸光度为指标进行试验。得到的玉竹中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:温度60℃,时间2 h,提取次数3次,提取溶剂为70%(体积分数)的乙醇,被提物质量与提取液体积之比(料液比)为1∶15,提取率为0.103 4%。The methods for extracting total flavonoids from polygonatum of Chinese traditional medicine were investigated. The optimum technology of extracting flavonoids in polygonatum was studied by orthogonal test. An orthogonal test table L 16 (4^5) was used with the factors of extracting time, temperature, number of extraction times, ethanol concentration and the ratio of mass of raw material to the volume of solvent. The content of flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry. The optimum technology is as follows: the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, time is 2 h, three times of extraction, 70% ethanol as extracting solvent, the ratio of mass of raw material to the volume of solvent is 1 : 15. According to the conditions mentioned above, flavonoids were extracted efficiently and the extraction yield of the flavonoids could reach 0. 103 4%.
