摘　　要：宝钢2BF通过生产操作探索,在160kg/t煤比下将小块焦比提高到60kg/t水平。文章阐述了提高小块焦比对高炉燃料消耗的影响规律,分析了高小块焦比操作燃料比升高的原因,并讨论了保持高置换比的控制措施。Through the exploration of Baosteel No. 2 BF＇s production and operation, under the condition of the 160 kg/t coal injection rate, the coke breeze rate has reached up to 60 kg/t. The law of effect of raising coke breeze rate on consumption of BF fuel rate is described. The reason for raising the fuel rate in operation of the high coke breeze rate is analyzed, and control measures for keeping the high replacement ratio are also discussed.
