摘　　要：通过调查、统计与对比试验,分析了SN400B钢板表面氧化铁粉的成因及影响因素,指出降低带钢起始冷却温度、减少带钢内外温度梯度是改善热轧板表面氧化铁粉的有效途径。Through investigations, statistics and contrast tests, iron oxide powder＇ s formation causes and affecting factors on surface of SN400 steel are analyzed. It is effective ways of improving iron oxide powder on surface of hot rolled steel sheet to lower strip＇ s initial cooling temperature and reduce strip＇s inside and outside temperature gradient.
