摘 要:利用Navier-Stokes方程的二维形式对金属在浇注系统中的流动状况进行分析研究,并将其原始变量的守恒形式由Harlow原始变量方程组的差分网格转变为差分方程形式求解,对液态金属的流动过程进行计算机仿真模拟设计.结果表明:过滤器在金属充填铸件过程中起到非常有效作用的是稳定液态金属的流动,并且通过这种方法可以准确地设计含过滤器的铸件浇注系统.Using the two dimensional form of the Navier-Stokes equation, the theoretically approximate analysis onthe flow of molten metal inside the gating system has been made. Through transferring the conservation form of the initial variable to difference equation by the difference mesh of the Harlow initial variable equations and solving the equation, the computer simulation on the flow process of molten metal has been carried out. The results reveal that during the mold filling, the effect of the filter in stabilizing the flow of molten metal can be very effective. Moreover, the gating system with filter can be accurately designed by the method given in this investigation.
