摘  要:系统介绍了一种绿色环保、经济高效的新型的冷芯盒法造型、制芯用粘结剂的工艺优化试验.利用NaOH作催化剂,以甲醛和苯酚为原料合成一种碱性酚醛树脂.经过一系列合成试验,结合理论知识,得出了树脂合成的最佳工艺参数和原材料配比,最终确定了CO2硬化碱性酚醛树脂的最佳合成工艺.在试验中,以抗压强度为主要考察目标,吹CO2气体的树脂砂芯硬化后,可获得较高初强度和终强度.The optimum synthesizing technology of a new environment-protected, economic and efficient binder for cold-box molding or core-making was introduced in this paper. An aqueous alkaline phenolic resin was synthesized from phenol and formaldehyde using NaOH as catalyst. Based on the theoretic knowledge and a series of synthesizing experiments, the optimum technical parameters of synthesizing resin and prescription of the raw materials were obtained. Consequently the optimum synthesizing technology of the CO2 cured alkaline phenolic resin was given. In experiments, the ultimate compressive gas through strength was taken as a main evaluating index. After passing carbon dioxide the resin sand for curing, the higher initial strength and final strength could be achieved.
