摘 要:对点焊系统中的电源及微机控制的应用现状进行了介绍,并针对目前电阻焊机功率小、损耗大、功率因数低以及与微机接轨的难易程度进行比较,得出IGBT是点焊电源的首选器件.同时还介绍了微机相移PWM控制系统及点焊过程的时序控制,微机在点焊过程中的质量监控所起的作用等.并针对目前点焊设备控制系统电路复杂、速度慢及电阻点焊的短时性、不可见性和大量的有关熔核信息的实时采集与处理的需要,设计了以80C196KC为核心的单片机硬件和软件系统,并对系统进行了调试,为焊接过程的质量控制和过程控制打下了基础.该系统具有运算速度快、功能强、集成度高的特点.The application states of the microprocessor control system and power supply of spot welding equipment are introduced. Because the traditional equipment is of small power capacity, higher loss, lower power factor and the more complexity integrated with computer, IGBT is the first-selected device of spot welder. The MCU phaseshifting control of the PWM and sequence is discussed and the MCU functions for the quality control in welding process are presented. Because of the complicated control circuit, low operation speed, short-time process of resistance spot-welding, invisible nuggets and large amount of sampled information about the nuggets, a control system based on 80C196KC microprocessor is designed. Furthermore, the system including hardware and software is designed and tested, which establishes a foundation for the quality and sequence control of spot welding. The controt system has the features of fast speed, strong function and high integrated.
