摘　　要：本文提出了一种在基于TCP／IP协议的网络上实现档案资料电子化、网络化的方法。重点阐述了电子档案管理系统的具体实现方法。该系统由基于TCP／IP协议的网络和在网络上完成电子档案管理的Web站点构成。借助于该系统,可以自动将档案资料的相关信息写入数据库,并实现档案资料在网络上的共享。原始档案资料由相关人员通过扫描仪转换为图片文件,软件系统自动将这些资料的关键信息存人数据库。通过目前广泛使用的浏览器,在不动用原文的情况下,用户在客户机上即可实现对档案的查询和复制以及对数据库快速准确的检索、统计,并且可实现模糊检索。This paper introduces a method of realizing the electronization and netization of file materials on the net of TCP/IP. Focus has been laid on the specific process of realizing electronic management system. This system consists of net of TCP/IP protocol and web sites which operate on the net to realize electronic file management. With the help of this system, the related information on file materials will be fed into the database, thus realizing the sharing of file materials on the net. The original file material shall be converted into image document through scanner by related person, and the software system shall automatically feed the key information of file materials into database. By means of the widely used browser, without inferring the original text, the user can realize the inquiry, copy of the file from the client computer, the exact and quick check, statistics and fuzzy index.
