摘 要:液动射流冲击器是解决深井、硬岩钻进难题的一种有效工具。但是,它存在核心部件易损坏、寿命低等问题。原因在于其内部结构设计不合理,尤其是喷嘴的过水断面设计不合理。解决的办法是增大喷嘴过水断面,而增大喷嘴过水断面势必会影响射流元件切换性能,故有必要进行研究。由于工作室内流体流动非常复杂,因此采用试验的方法。笔者研究了射流元件喷嘴深宽比、控制道对射流切换性能的影响。经试验得出,当深宽比增加,射流切换性能变好;控制道宽度的变化对射流切换性能没有显著影响。Hydro-efflux hammer is a effective tool which can solve some drilling problem of in hard formation and deep well. However , it exits some shortcomings, for example , it's key part , namely efflux element , is damaged easily , and it's life is short. The reason is the inside structure design isn't reasonable , especially in nozzle's water-carrying section. The resolvent is to larger it . But this change will influence switching performance of efflux element , so it is necessary to study it. Because the flow pattern in working room is very complicated,test method is adopted. In efflux element, the ratio of depth to width in the nozzle and controllable path' s influence on efflux switching is researched. When the ratio of depth to width becomes larger,the efflux switching performance becomes good. The width of controllable path has no influence on efflux switching obviously.
