摘 要:在钎头的破岩规律研究的基础上,运用波动力学理论分析了不同接头形式钎头的结构特点、能量传递机制及其凿岩能量分布规律,创新提出了螺旋副连接钎头。螺旋副连接钎头可有效匹配钎头单位刃长所获得的凿岩能量分布与所需要的破岩能量分布,能量传递效率高。工业考核证实:与传统接头形式的钎头相比,螺旋副连接钎头凿岩速度可提高28.5% ̄42.4%。In this paper, on the grounding of study on the bit's fracturing rock law, the structural feature, energy transferring mechanism and energy distributing characteristics of bits with differ joint form is analyzed based on the stress-wave theory,and the screw-pair jointing bit, which can match the energy distributing between the needed rock-breaking energy and the achieved rockdrilling energy on unit length chisel-cutting-edge , is innovatively brought forward. It can achieve the high energy transferring efficiency. Industry experimentation proves that the rock-drilling velocity of screw-pair jointing bit is higher than that of traditional jointing form bits, mounting 28.5%~42.4%.
