摘　　要：简要分析高压加热器换热管腐蚀爆管和管端泄漏的破坏原因,分析各种破坏现象产生的原理,针对换热管失效不同情况提出具体的预防措施。This essay analyses briefly the reason that causes erodent explode and tube- end leakage in high pressure heater heat transfer tube and the principle why every kind of breakage phenomenon happens puts forward the prevention measure according to the different way of lapse of heat transfer tube.
