摘 要:目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者听力损失与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)及血肌酐(SCr)之间的相关性。方法检测30例CRF的CRP、PTH和SCr,并进行纯音听阈测定,评价在各频率的气导阈值,以语言频率作为结果变量,用直线回归法分析气导听力损失与患者血清CRP、PTH及SCr之间的相关性。结果CRF患者气导听力在各频率均较对照组有显著下降,且在高频更明显。CRF患者听力频率听阈与血CRP、PTH、SCr呈正相关。结论CRF患者的听力损伤不仅与肾功能损伤程度及血中PTH增高有关,而且与机体的微炎症态度有关。Objective To probe the relationship between hearing loss and C-reactive protein, parathyroid hormone and serum creatinine in the patients with chronic renal failure. Methods The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), parathyroid hormone (PTH) and serum creatinine (SCR) of 30 cases with chronic renal failure were detected, hearing thresholds of those were tested. Air conductive thresholds of respective frequencies were evaluated. Language threshold as variable, the relationship between air conductive hearing loss and serum CRP, PTH and serum SCR were analysed with linear regression. Results The air conductive hearing loss of respective frequencies were more severe than those in control group, especially at high frequencies. There are positive relationship between hearing threshold and serum CRP, PTH and SCR. Conclusions Hearing loss in patients with chronic renal failure are related to extent of renal impairment, rising of serum PTH and microinflammatory state of body.
