摘　　要：目的探讨葛根素对慢性肺心病血液流变学的影响。方法本院慢性肺心病急性期病人80例液流变学检测,随机分为两组。治疗组48例,在常规治疗基础上加用静脉滴注葛根素;对照组32例,仅用常疗。分别统计治疗前后的血液流变学参数。结果治疗组血液流变学参数较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结葛根素对慢性肺心病患者的血液流变学具有良好的影响。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of puerarin on blood rheology for patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods The parameter of blood rheology was performed in 80 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in the acute attack stage. They were divided into two groups. The first group of 48 patients were treated with puerarin per day. The other group of 32 patients received standard conventional therapy. The parameter of blood rheology were measured before the treatment and in the end of the treatment. Results The parameter of blood rheology in the first group was significantly higher than that of the other group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Puerarin has a good effect in blood rheology for the patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.
