摘  要:大白菜在进行种子春化处理时.不同处理温度和处理时间对植株的花芽分化和抽薹过程影响很大.8℃的经比3,13℃下植株的花芽分化开始得早,分化速度快,抽薹时间早.抽薹期早晚不同的大白菜品种在花芽分化和抽薹上存在着大的遗传差异性,春化15d时,3℃和13℃的处理温度,均不能使晚抽薹材料S-1和YC完成花芽分化并引起植株的抽薹;13℃下春化时间达到30d时,YC也不能分化完全的花芽和发生抽薹.在低温处理基础上,长日条件对植株的花芽分化和抽薹过程均有促进效应,但非必要条件.After treated with seed vernalization in different temperatures and days,there is a great effect on flower initiation and bolting of Chinese cabbage.The resulls showed flower bud formation and bolting earliest and differentiation rate most fast at temperature around 8℃than 3 and 13℃.An inherited difference of flower initiation and bolting exists in Chinese cabbage varieties which bolting dates are different.After treated with vernalization 15 days,the temperatures around 3℃ and 13℃ can not induce plant bolting and flower bud formation to be complated late-bolting times S-1, YC.When plants are vernalized 30 days,YC can not complate its flower formation and bolting,on the basic of low-temperature condition,long-days can promote plant flower bud formation and bolting bud not necessary.
