摘　　要：金融租赁业作为我国的一个重要行业,在经济发展中起着至关重要的作用。为此,必须加强金融租赁的立法建设,拓宽融资渠道,加速租赁资金周转,才能加快租赁业快速发展。Financial renting service as an important industry plays rather important role in the development of economy in our country. Therefore , it is necessary to strengthen legislation of finance renting so as to extend channel of capital, speed up tumover of renting capital and accelerate the development of financial renting service.
