住院病人92674例住院费用的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析住院病人住院费用的影响因素。方法资料来自全军卫生统计信息中心病案首页数据库,应用SPSS统计软件包处理。结果住院病人住院费用中药费所占比重较大,占40%左右。单因素分析结果表明:住院天数,入院方式,入院情况及治疗结果等对住院费用都有明显影响(P<0.01)。多因素分析表朋:影响住院费用的主要因素有:特护天数、住院天数、一级护理、抢救次数、年龄等。结论特护天数是影响住院费用的主要因素。Objective To analyze the factors affecting medical care costs of inpatients. Methods Raw data were collected from the headlines of inpatient medical records in the data base of PLA Health Statistical Information Center, and were then analyzed by SPSS. Result Among medical care costs of inpatients, medication accounted for a major proportion which 40%. The results of single variable analysis indicated ： The daration of hospitalzation, the way of admission, the state of admission and the results of treatment affected the medical care costs（ P 〈0.01 ）. Stepwise regression analysis showed that the duration of special nursing, the duration of hospitalization, first - degree nursing, times of rescue times of age and so on were the main factors. Conclusion The duration of special nursing was a manor factor affecting the costs.
