摘　　要：目的:建立小儿止咳合剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:用酸性染料比色法测定小儿止咳合剂中麻黄碱的含量。结果:盐酸麻黄碱加样回收率为98.8%(RSD=1.83%)。结论:该法操作简单,重现性好,可作为小儿止咳合剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。Objective To establish the analytical method of ephydrochlorico in Xiaoer Zhike Mixture. Methotis Soaked by pH 5.8 phosphate buffer solution, complexes formed by ephedrine hydrochloride and brompthymole comle were extracted and determined at the wavelength of 420 nm. Results The linear equation was Y = 0. 008713x ＋ 0. 05024, （r = 0. 9995 ）, the average recovery of ephedrine, hydrochloride was 98.8% （RSD = 1. 83% ）. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and can be used to control the quality of Xiaoer Zhike Mixture.
