摘　　要：叙述了冰箱门体塑料件喷涂双组分聚氨酯漆的工艺,实践证明脂肪族聚氨酯漆具有优异的耐化学性和良好的机械性能。通过调整漆与固化剂比例,讨论了固化时间对漆膜硬度的影响,同时论述了喷涂过程中产生的缺陷和采取的措施。This paper introduces the spraying technology of two- can polyurethane paints on plastic door parts of refrigerator. Practice shows that aliphatic polyurethane paints are of perfect chemical resistance and mechanical performance. Influencing of curing time on film hardness is discussed through modifying the ratio of paint and curing agent. The defects from spraying process and the countermeasures are narrated.
