摘　　要：目的分析新生儿呕吐原因,减少误诊,提高治疗效果。方法对近2年我科收治的86例新生儿呕吐进行回顾性的分析。结果呕吐病因分类中因感染发病占38.4%,喂养不当占24.4%,咽下综合症占17.4%,明显高于其他原因,消化道畸形引起的呕吐极少。针对病因治疗均治愈。结论新生儿呕吐的前三位原因为感染、喂养不当及咽下综合症,在诊断时首先考虑常见原因的基础上如出现不能解释的症状就要考虑消化道畸形等少见原因,以免误诊。Objective Analyse the reasons of neonatal vomiting, to decrease the misdiagnostics and improve the curative effect, method To review data of neonatal vomiting in recent 2 years which were in our hospital. Result incidence of infection was 38.4 percent ,The wrong feeding was 24.4 percent ,the swallowing syndrome was 17.4 percent, and the abnormality enteron was the least rate. Conclusion The first three reasons were infection the wrong feeding and the swallowing syndrome .if we find the symptom can not explain by the forward reasons ,we will consider the abnormality enteron to decrease the misdiagnostics.
