摘　　要：笔者通过对28例钩端螺旋体病患者的临床观察及护理,严密观察患者的生命体征及其尿量的变化,及早发现患者的出血倾向、急性肾功能衰竭、肝脏的损害和赫氏反应,提高治愈率与抢救成功率。同时所有的就诊患者都应就地救治,减小对患者(特别有出血倾向者)的搬运及转院。By observing and nursing the 28 patients with leptospirosis, paying firm attention to the patients＇ vital sign and their variation of the volume of urine, we can earlier find the patients suffering the tendency of hemorrhage, acute renal failure,the impairment of liver and Jarish-Herxheimer reaction, so that increase the curable rate and successful saving rate. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the harm to the patients （esp. who is liable to hemorrhage） for transportation and transferring, all the patients should accept treatment on the spot.
