摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中瘫痪患者对家庭护理的需求并进行分析,采取相应的护理措施。方法对2003年10月～2005年8月在本科住院的292例脑卒中瘫痪患者在出院前由患者及其家属共同填写我们自行设计的“脑卒中瘫痪患者家庭护理调查问卷”并进行整理。结果脑卒中瘫痪患者的家庭护理仍停留在一般的生活照护上,患者在康复活动、功能锻炼、心理护理方面还存在很多问题。结论脑卒中瘫痪患者的家庭护理尚处于起步阶段,患者出院后存在诸多问题得不到及时解决,迫切需要完善的家庭护理体系及社区护理作为后盾,才能使患者顺利康复。Objective To discuss and analysis the nursing requirement of home health aid in paralysis patient after cerebral apoplexy, and to establishing corresponding strategies. Method We arranged the questionnaires of home health aid in paralysis patient after cerebral apoplexy , which worked out all by ourselves and filled in by their family members before 292 cases of paralysis patients after cerebral apoplexy dismissed from hospitals from October 2003 to August 2005. Result Home health aid for paralysis patients after cerebral apoplexy remained at the level of daily life care with many problems in rehabilitation, functional training and psychological nursing .Conclusion Home health aid for paralysis patients after cerebral apoplexy are still at the beginning stage. Patients remained unsolved. The home health aid system and community system dismissed from hospitals have many problems are necessary for patients to rehabilitation.
