摘 要:高强钢绞线网-聚合砂浆加固法是一种新型加固工艺,它具有耐火、耐腐蚀、耐老化的优点。通过2个采用钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆复合面层加固被震损的钢筋混凝土框架节点和1个对比节点的抗震性能试验,比较了不同加固方法的加固效果,分析了相应的加固机理。研究结果表明:在节点核心区和梁、柱端布置钢绞线网的做法,能有效提高节点的抗剪承载力和耗能能力。并且,在试验基础上提出了震损后采用钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆复合面层加固钢筋混凝土框架节点抗剪承载力的计算方法,计算结果与试验结果符合良好。Rehabilitation of members with steel wire mesh and permeability polymer mortar is a new method of structural strengthening with the advantages of resistance to fire, corrosion and ageing. Two damaged beam-column joints with slab were strengthened with composite cover of high strength wire cable mesh and polymer mortar. Then two strengthened beam-column joints and one un-strengthened joint are tested under low-cycle reversed load. The effect of different rehabilitation schemes on the shear-resistance capacity of the joint and the strengthening mechanism are analyzed. The results show that strengthening beam-column joints with wire cable mesh and polymer mortar is beneficial to the shear capacity and seismic behavior of the joints. Based on the experimental results, a method is proposed for calculating the shear-resistance capacity of the beam-column joints strengthened by composite cover of high strength wire cable mesh and polymer mortar, and the compute results agree well with the experimental results.
