摘　　要：砖墙与平面框架共同承重房屋在教学楼、厂房、仓库等建筑中被广泛采用,但目前国家标准对该类型房屋的结构设计和已有房屋的结构鉴定未作明确规定。本文借鉴国家标准在类似条件下的相关规定,结合工程实例对该类型房屋的水平力分配进行分析,提出该类型房屋结构验算与已有结构分析的具体建议。Structure with joint action of brick masonry wall and plane frame is wideely used in school buildings, industrial buildings and store buildings. But there are no clear prescriptions to design and appraisal of this kind of structure in national standards now. In this paper, horizental loads distribution is analyzed by considering related prescriptions of national standards under the similar condition combined with practical engineerings, and some suggestions of the structure calculating and existing structure analysis are put forward.
