摘　　要：在探讨高新技术产业集群形成原因和发展机理的基础上,从集群内的企业层次、区域集群层次、区域层次构建了高新技术产业集群形成和发展的多维系统模型。From the point of the enterprise, the industrial cluster and the region, this paper structures the multivariate systematic model based on the formation and the developmental mechanism of the high-tech industry cluster. The model helps us to recognize clearly about the main elements on the way of high-tech industry and then work out the correctly regional and industrial policy.
