县级医院妇科腹腔镜的应用前景

摘　　要：目的:探讨县级医院开展妇科腹腔镜手术的应用前景。方法:回顾分析我院2001年1月至2004年6月腹腔镜诊治妇科疾病63例的临床资料,并与同期开腹手术进行比较。结果:同开腹手术组相比,腹腔镜组在平均手术时间,住院时间,术后拔尿管时间及术后进食时间上显著性缩短(P<0.05),术后3d发热病例数及程度,腹腔镜组显著少于开腹组。结论:县级医院开展妇科腹腔镜手术大有可为,前景广阔。Objective： To assess the applied prospect of laparoscopic gynecology in the county-level hospital. Methods：The clinical data from Jan. 2001 to Jun. 2004 was analyhed retrospectively.Results：Comparing to the laparotomy group, the laparoscopic group has advantage of invasivsion in such aspects as mean operative time, hospltalization,the cases with fever etc. Conclusions： Carrying out the operation with laparoscopic gunecology is possible and promising.
