摘 要:根据已经确定的施工进度计划安排,拉西瓦大坝将于2008年底具备下闸蓄水条件。随后,上游来水由底孔、深孔和已发电的机组联合下泄。2009年的度汛标准为百年一遇洪水。结合近年来龙羊峡水库的蓄水现状和2009年汛期大坝的浇筑高度,对该年度的度汛水位和度汛流量进行了分析论证。初步论证意见认为,取消临时底孔,可大大简化坝体的结构,对确保按期发电十分有利。临时底孔取消后,水库在2 385 m(进度滞后)和2 405 m(进度正常)2种度汛水位下,1个永久底孔、2个深孔和2台机组的总下泄流量分别可达2 500 m3/s和3 100 m3/s。前者在龙羊峡水库调蓄能力比较大的情况下,大坝2009年度汛是偏于安全的。The Laxiwa dam will be in a condition for reservoir impoundment at the end of the year 2008 in accordance with the fixed progress schedule. Subsequently the upstream inflow will be jointly released through bottom outlets, deep orifices, and draft tubes of existing generating units. The standard of flood protection in the year 2009 is a 100--year flood recurrence. The analysis and verification are performed for the flood level and flood discharge, combined with the recent storage status of Longyangxia reservoir and the concrete pouring height during the flood season of 2009. It is believed in the preliminary verifi- cation that there can greatly simplify the dam structure with demolition of temporary bottom outlet, and ensure power genera- tion on time. After cancellation of bottom outlet, the total discharge will reach 2 500 m^3/s and 3 100 m^3/s respectively, with one permanent bottom outlet, two deep orifices and two units under the flood level of 2 385 m (delay in progress) and 2 405 m ( normal progress). In a case of large larger regulation of Longyangxia reservoir, the flood protection is inclined to be safe in the year 2009.
