摘　　要：通过总结多年土石坝设计和监理的经验,并结合土的压实机理,对心墙土料施工质量的控制——压实标准、检测技术、施工工艺等做了较全面的叙述和探讨,以期望对碾压式心墙土石坝的心墙设计与施工控制提供借鉴和参考。By summarizing the design and supervision of earth-rock fill dams for many years and combined with compaction mechanism of soil, a more comprehensive description and discussion are presented for construction quality （compaction standard, inspection technique and construction workmanship） on the experience of core design and construction control for rolled earth-rockfill dams with clay core.
