摘　　要：从对部分位于古河道切割区的住宅楼桩基方案进行分析,通过技术经济比较,确定了桩基方案;计算了桩基单桩承载力,用两种方式计算了桩基附加应力和沉降量,并对沉桩动阻力差异原因进行了分析。In this paper, different pile project of building that partly locates in ancient riverway is analyzed, better project is adopted by the comparing of technology and economy. Pile＇s capacity is computed, and two modes are adopted to compute pile＇s additional stress and settlement, the pressure of hitting pile is analyzed.
