黄浦江防汛墙沉降特征及其对防洪能力影响的分析

摘　　要：在黄浦江防汛墙沉降监测基础上,总结了防汛墙沉降特征与影响因素,部析各类沉降对黄浦江防汛墙防御能力的影响。同时,以外滩黄浦江防汛墙为例,分析了区域地面沉降、工程结构沉降和近墙施工等因素对防汛墙影响的权重,综合评价了防汛墙沉降对其防洪能力的影响,提出了相关的对策措施和建议。Based on the monitoring of Huangpu river flood wall, this paper summarized the subsidence feautres and influential factors of flood wall and analyzed the effects of all kinds of subsidence on flood control ability of it. At the same time, taking the case of the flood wall subsidence of the Bund, this paper analyzed the influential ratio of land subsidence, constructional subsidence and constructin near the wall and assessed the influence of flood wall subsidence on its flood control ability. This paper put forward some related countermeasures and advises as well.
