改良胫前肌外移软组织松解术治疗先天性马蹄内翻足

摘　　要：目的:提高先天性马蹄内翻足的治疗效果.方法:采用后路松解,改良胫前肌外移手术方法治疗1岁2个月～7岁3个月儿童先天内翻足48例(60足),按Garceau疗效评定标准对疗效进行评价.结果:43例(54足)例病人获随访,平均随访1年～6年,优32例(41足),良9例(11足),优良率96%.结论:软组织松解矫正畸形并改良胫前肌外移建立动态肌力平衡手术是治疗儿童先天性马蹄内翻足的有效方法.Objective： To increase the effect of treating congential club foot. Method： Forty -eight patients aged from 14 months to 7 years with congential club foot （60） were operated by posteromedial release and improved tibizlis anterior muscles transplatation. The results were evaluated by Garceau standard. Result： All the patients （43） patients were followed up on the average of 1-5 years, the excellent and good rates is 96%. Conclusion： Using soft tissue release and improved anterior tibial tendon transfer to restore muscle dynamic balance is an effective method to achieve satisfactory long-time result in function and appearance.
