摘　　要：目的:探讨急性重症毒鼠强中毒后多脏器功能障碍(multipleorgandysfunctionsysdrome,MODS)的预防和治疗。方法:对我科2002年9月14日收治的急性重症毒鼠强中毒后MODS的24例患者进行回顾性分析。结果:24例患者中11例死亡,13例存活。结论:急性重症毒鼠强中毒后MODS,预后差,死亡率高。Objective： To discuss the prevention and treatment of patients with multiple organ dysfunction sysdrome （MODS） complicated to acute severe tetramine poisoning. Methods： Retrospectively reviewed the clinical manifestations and treatments of the 24 patients with MODS complicated to acute severe tetramine poisoning Results： 11 patients died and 13 patients survived within 24 patients with MODS. Conclusion： The prognosis of patients with MODS complicated tO acute severe tetramine poisoning is poor and the mortality is high. Key words Acute; Tetramme; Poisoning; MODS
