摘　　要：目的:建立补肾生精丸的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用物理及化学方法提取有效成分并用薄层色谱法进行鉴别。结果:提取后的检测物五味子甲素及齐墩果酸与其对照品性质相同。结论:该方法操作简单,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质控方法。Object： To establish a TLC method for the identification of Bushensbengjing pills. Methods： The effective constituents was extracted by physical and chemical ways and identified by TLC. Results： The characteristics of extracted effective constituents were the same as that of deoxyschisandrin and oleanolic acid in the reference substance. Conclusion： This method had the advantage of easily operating and good repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of this kind of reagent.
