妊高征时血清超氧化物歧化酶及维生素A、E、C水平的变化

摘　　要：对正常晚期妊娠（ｎ＝２８７）及妊高征患者（轻度ｎ＝８４，中度ｎ＝２０，重度ｎ＝２７）的血清总ＳＯＤ、ＭｎＳＯＤ、Ｃｕ／ＺｎＳＯＤ、ＶｉｔＡ、Ｅ、Ｃ水平同时进行测定，结果为重度妊高征患者的ＭｎＳＯＤ水平显著高于正常妊娠，ＶｉｔＡ水平显著降低，这一结果提示自由基损伤过程可能参与妊高征的病理生理过程。In the present study,serum total superoxide dismutase(SOD),MnSOD,Cu/Zn-SOD,Vit A,E and C levels were determined in normal late stage of pregnancy(n=287)and pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH)group(mild n=84,moderate n= 20,and severe n = 27,respectively).The results showed that MnSOD level was significantly higher in severe PIH group and Vit A level was remarkedly low, This investigation suggests that the metabolism of anti-free radical production might be participated in the pathophysiologic process of PIH,in vivo, however,the correlation with PIH is not confirmed.Further investigation is necessary.
