摘　　要：报道自1990～1994年收治平时四肢手枪伤53例.11例按传统原则行清创,延期缝合;42例Ⅰ期闭合伤口,其中一期修复11例骨折、8例血管损伤和10例周围神经损伤,伤口均一期愈合,无1例发生感染.作者认为四肢手枪伤为低速低能弹道伤,根据弹道学特点,提出可进行一期修复的观点.From 1990 to 1994.53 cases of injury by pistol shot out of battlefield were treated surgically in hospital. 11 cases were debrided according to traditional principle and sutured secondarily. 42 cases were closed wound in the primary operation. It included that 11 cases fracture were fixated internally or externally,8 cases of blood vesslees injury and 10 cases of peripheral nerves injury were repaired primarily. All of these healed perfectly and no one was infected. The authors considered that the four limbs injuries by pistol shot was traumatic agent of the low velocity and low power. On the basis of ballistic feature, we advanced a viewpoint of the primary repairmaent for that injury.
