摘 要:通过同步培驯法启动好氧生物絮凝吸附工艺中试装置。试验结果表明,驯化稳定后取得良好的絮凝效果,对CODCr,溶解性CODCr和SS的去除率分别为70%,40%和80%左右;CODCr和SS去除率受CODCr污泥负荷变化影响不大,去除率保持在75%左右,溶解性CODCr去除率随着溶解性CODCr污泥负荷增加而降低;本工艺具有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,当絮凝池内污泥负荷在2~20kg[CODCr]/(kg[MLSS]·d)之间变化时,CODCr去除率保持在70%左右。The installations of the pilot experiment of aerobic bioflocculation adsorption process were started up through synchronous cultivation. The results of the experiment showed that, good flocculation effect was obtained after the domestication, the removal rate of CODc. dissolved CODCr SS were about 70%, 40% and 80% respectively; the removal rate of CODCr and SS were slightly influenced by the sludge loading, holding at about 75%; while, the removal rate of the dissolved CODCr decreased with the increasing of the sludge loading; the said process resisted shock loading well, when the sludge loading of in the flocculation tank varied between 2 - 20 kg [CODCr]/(kg [ MLSS]· d), the removal rate of CODCr was about 70%.
