摘  要:以水为溶剂,过氧化物为引发剂,马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸甲酯为单体合成三元共聚物。探讨了该共聚物的阻垢效果与单体配比、单体浓度、引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度之间的关系,并考察了水质条件变化对共聚物阻垢性能的影响。结果表明:该共聚物具有很好的阻垢能力,在Ca2+与HCO3-的质量浓度均为250mg/L(以CaCO3计),温度为80℃,pH值为6的水质条件下,投加该共聚物8mg/L,静态阻垢率达98.8%。A terpolymer was prepared with waster as solvent, peroxide as evocating agent, maleic anhydride- acrylamide-methyl acrylate as monomer. The relationship between the scale inhibition performance of the said terpolymer and the monomer proportion, monomer concentration, dosage of evocating agent, reaction time, reaction temperature were discussed, the effect of the variety of the water quality on the scale inhibition performance of the terpolymer was also investigated. The results show that: the scale inhibition performance of the said terpolymer is excellent, under the condition that the mass concentration of Ca^2+ and HCO3^- are 250 mg/L (calculated by CaCO3), the temperature is 80 ℃, the pH value is 6, with 8mg/L of the said terpolymer added, the scale inhibition rate reaches 98.8%.
