摘  要:以氯苯和氯乙酰氯为起始原料,经傅克酰基化和WolffKishner黄鸣龙两步反应合成对氯乙基氯苯。通过正交实验考察了原料配比、反应时间等因素与对氯乙酰基氯苯和对氯乙基氯苯收率的关系。结果表明:氯乙酰氯、无水AlCl3与氯苯的配比在1∶1.2∶4(物质的量比)时,反应时间2h,对氯乙酰基氯苯的收率可达84%。在第二步反应中,在120℃下对氯乙酰基氯苯与85%水合肼的投料比为1∶7(物质的量比)时,反应2h,对氯乙基氯苯的收率达到90.3%。Using chlorobertzene and chloroacetyl chloride as raw materials, 1-chloro-4-(2-chloroethyl) benzene was prepared via Friedel-Crafts acylation and Wolff-Kishner- Huangminglong reaction. By orthogonal design, it was studied respectively that effect on the yield of 4-chloro-benzeneacetyl chloride and 1-chloro-4-(2-chloroethyl)benzene, including mixture ratio, reaction time and so on. The yield of 4-chloro-benzeneacetyl chloride can reach 84% at 120 ℃ when the molar ratio of chloroacetyl chloride , anhydrous aluminium chloride and chlorobenzene was 1 : 1.2 : 4 and reaction time was 2 h. 4-chloro-benzeneacetyl chloride reacted with diamide which molar ratio was 1 : 7 in solvent for 2 h to give 90. 3% of 1-chloro-4-(2-chloroethyl)benzene.
