摘　　要：指出建筑单项工程设计中,在满足同样功能的条件下,技术经济合理的设计可降低工程造价5%～10%,甚至更多,因此工程造价控制应将设计阶段的造价管理作为全过程造价管理的重点来抓.The proper design in technology and economy could save the construction cost of 5% - 10% or even more at the same function conditions to design and construct a single building. So the cost management in the engineering design is the emphases during the engineering cost control.
