摘　　要：介绍PVCU中空内螺旋管材生产技术,讨论模具设计、材料配方、加工工艺等对生产过程的影响,针对生产过程中常遇到的问题,给出了产生原因及解决办法。The production technology of PVC-U hollow internal coiling pipe was presented. The effects of mould design, material formula and processing technology on the process of production were discussed. The factors resulting in the normal problems were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were found out.
