白灵药、兰灵药治疗体表顽固性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察白灵药、兰灵药治疗体表顽固性溃疡的临床疗效及作用机制。方法将312例体表顽固性溃疡患者随机分为2组。治疗组156例应用自制白灵药、兰灵药依法施治,对照组156例应用0.1%雷夫奴尔纱布湿敷疮面。同时对溃疡面大小、色泽、渗液量等积分值检测。4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率100%,治愈率80.8%;对照组总有效率67.9%,治愈率37.2%。2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。溃疡面大小、色泽积分值2组也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论白灵药、兰灵药治疗体表顽固性溃疡具有显著疗效。To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbs - Bailingyao and Lanlingyao on healing pertinacious ulcer on the body surface. Methods 312 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 156 patients in the treatment group were applied on the ulcer with Chinese herbs Baijingyao or Lanlingyao according to different symptoms and signs. 156 patients in the control group were treated with 0. 1% Ethacridine gauze applying on the body surface ulcer. The size, colour and exudate of the ulcer were observed. Four weeks was a therapeutic course, Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 100% and 67.9% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a significant difference between the two groups on the integrate score of the size and the co- lour of the ulcer （ P 〈 0.01 ）, Conehlsion Chinese herbs - Bailingyao and Lanlingyao have a definite effect on healing pertinacious ulcer on the body surface.
