加味葛根汤合西比林治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味葛根汤对颈性眩晕椎动脉血流的改善情况,并探讨椎动脉血流改善与颈性眩晕的关系。方法将颈性眩晕患者56例随机分为2组,治疗组28例采用加味葛根汤口服加针刺及颈椎牵引治疗,对照组26例口服西比林加针刺及颈椎牵引治疗。通过超声经颅多谱勒血流分析仪观察椎动脉血流改善情况。结果治疗组椎动脉血流改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),并能治愈或明显减轻眩晕症状。结论加味葛根汤能明显改善椎动脉血流,对颈性眩晕有明显治疗作用。Objective To observe the improvement of arteria vertebralis blood circulation in patients with cervical vertigo treated with Jiaweigegen decoction. Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 28 patients in the treatment group were administrated Jiaweigegen decoction in the same time treated with cervical traction. 26 patients in the control group in addition to being given Flunarizine Hydrochloride capsules, were treated with acupuncture and cervical traction. The improvement of arteria vertebralis blood circulation were observed with ultrasound cranium Doppler blood stream analyzer. Results The improvement of arteria vertebralis blood circulation in patients in the treatment group was significant high compared with that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jiaweigegen decoction can obviously improve arte- ria vertebralis blood circulation in patients with cervical vertigo.
